4. Maintain Communication with Your Employer
You must maintain regular contact with your employer to ensure they are aware of your work status. Your doctor or the clinic you treat at may take you off work or provide you with a list of work restrictions.

Sending you back to work while still in pain could lead to worsening of injuries.If you do not feel comfortable with your doctor after the first 30 days, you are entitled to a change of doctor.
